This is a great place to call home with a large eat-in screened porch; a complete well-stocked updated kitchen; ceiling fans in LR, kitchen and bedrooms; a washer/dryer in a separate laundry room; central air and heat; and a private hot/cold outdoor shower! Adult bikes, beach furniture, beach towels, chairs, floats, toys and a charcoal grill are also included. The free island trolley/bus runs every 20 min and will take you the length of the island in both directions. Whether your goal is to finish that good book you’ve been reading, stroll some quaint island shops or gather your collection of seashells, it’s all easily accomplished here. Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural habitat of Anna Maria island. Whether you’re a bird watcher, shell collector, fishing enthusiast, or master gardener, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. Our sugar sand beaches are strewn with seashells and are well populated by shore birds, sea turtles and dolphins. This beachy cottage will surely capture your heart!
