My family and I first used this wonderful house in 2018 for the first of an annual trip between the Christmas holiday. In between we stayed at other houses and luckily were able to rebook Bayview Dream this past holiday. It was like coming home! We love the location that is right on Pine Street and everywhere we wanted to go is very walkable. Restaurants, shopping, the beach , city pier all close. My grandson spent hours fishing in the canal off the dock in back of the house , and we rented paddle boards and kayaks to get to the bay. The house was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. And I can’t say enough about the rental agent Zita ! She was wonderful; easy to communicate with, and fast to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely plan to return in the future!

This was our fourth visit to this fabulous house. It has been the most relaxing holiday that we have spent in years. The home and its environs have everything that over-stressed and world -weary people need to wind down.
The island has a wealth of eateries, many within easy walking distance - others by the free "trolley" that runs every 20 minutes.
We shall remember the easy walks along the beach around the top of the island, through the flocks of wading birds and the occasional heron, to a hearty American breakfast at an idiosyncratic eaterie. Absolute magic!
I shall picture sitting on the back balcony looking out over the waterway, keeping an eye out for manatees and watching the birds fishing, for months to come until our next visit (hopefully!)

Our third holiday in this lovely home. The facilities are perfect for us and the location is to die for! Anna Maria is a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing place. BayView Dreams stands on the best road, backs onto the best waterway and is surrounded by a wonderful range of restaurants to suit all budgets. We sing its praises to anyone we talk holidays with. We love the old world courtesy, the idiosyncrasy of the area, the sun and the temperature, the view over the waterway..... Can't wait to come back.

Big, beautiful and very accommodating.
We have been traveling to Anna Maria Island for 14 years and have rented many vacation homes. This year we won the lottery on the perfect place!! The location is fantastic, located on a canal with a great dock where our boys enjoyed fishing while we stretched out by the pool. The home is located on a street filled with small boutiques, restaurants and only a short walk to the city pier. This home is very spacious and well equipped, has furnishings that are bright and modern. The layout with two master bedrooms was ideal! The huge kitchen was very well appointed and made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. We would love to return to this little slice of heaven and would recommend this home to island visitors.
